Essential Piece on Palin

Though I lean toward the political starboard, there are few politicians I like less than Sarah Palin. I confess a bit of schadenfreude with respect to her recent trials. Nevertheless, my hope for her failure probably aligns for my hope for a better country if half of what this Vanity Fair article claims is true. Todd Purdum's Palin is a vindictive crybaby with a gift for spinning failures as the righteous acts of a maverick. Funny, that's what I've guessed since her convention speech.
