Williams Ultimate is ranked 10th in the nation after wins last weekend against UMass, Dartmouth, Brown and Tufts. Next weekend we play in the West New England Sectionals, where we will face the Middlebury Pranksters, currently ranked fifth in the nation. As you can tell from the rankings, these small liberal arts colleges are holding their own against enormous Div I schools.
Additionally, great congratulations to Professor Thomas Smith, my thesis advisor, on winning the prestigious Henry Dreyfus Teacher-Scholar award for his work in both the classroom and lab.
